Sales Manager – Crane Manufacturing

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of crane and material‑handling solutions across the UAE and GCC. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract hand‑over, while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets for EOT, overhead, gantry, jib cranes and related equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, prepare quotations, tenders and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide forecasts and reports, and collaborate with engineering, production and project teams.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations and site meetings to understand technical requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to stay competitive.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in cranes, lifting or heavy‑engineering equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling large‑value capital projects.
• Existing relationships with industrial customers, EPC contractors or consultants in the UAE/GCC is a plus.
• Strong commercial confidence with experience in quotations, tenders and contract negotiations.
