About the role

SmartBuild Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in its Digital Marketing and Technology Solutions portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai requires immediate joining and focuses on building client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the digital marketing and technology sectors.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Conduct market research and create compelling proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record of lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure in digital marketing or technology solutions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing products such as PPC, SEO, social media strategies, and website development.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research, business planning, and data‑driven strategy design.
• Project and client management experience, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a passion for technology and marketing trends.
