Sales Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

The Sales Manager – Digital Transformation will drive revenue growth for Ghobash Group’s digital solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role focuses on acquiring new enterprise and government customers, expanding existing accounts, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned revenue, margin and pipeline targets aligned with the Digital Transformation sales plan.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Identify and develop opportunities with enterprise and government clients for solutions such as EIM, ECM, BPM, OCR, RPA and digital workflow.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer roadmaps and presenting solution demos with presales teams.
• Support the Head of Sales in go‑to‑market initiatives and mentor junior sales staff.
• Collaborate with partners, stay updated on their solutions and drive joint engagements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and support marketing events.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience selling enterprise software and digital transformation solutions.
• Proven track record with large enterprise and government customers.
• Strong understanding of EIM, ECM, BPM, OCR, RPA and digital workflow technologies.
• Ability to articulate business value and ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and proposal‑writing skills.
