Sales Manager – Electrical Products (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Electrical Products to lead a newly launched division within an established trading company in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive growth of the electrical products portfolio across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand the electrical products business across industrial, EPC, contracting, marine and facilities management sectors.
• Identify and win new customers, develop relationships with procurement teams, engineers and key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and collections.
• Collaborate with internal estimation, sourcing and procurement teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, own revenue targets, margins, forecasts and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in electrical products with proven success in the UAE/GCC market.
• Strong network of customers and suppliers in the region.
• Self‑driven, able to build a new business and manage targets independently.
• Electrical Engineering qualification preferred and a valid UAE driving licence.
