Sales Manager – Food & Commodity Markets

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to own the full commercial cycle – from market development and customer acquisition to sales, distribution and collections. You will build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts across the UAE food sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete commercial cycle, including market development, sales, distribution and collections.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts.
• Drive sales across Industrial B2B, B2C, Wholesale, Retail and HORECA channels.
• Identify new market opportunities across product categories and customer segments.
• Maintain a strong network within the UAE food and distribution market.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.

Required profile

• Strong product knowledge of flour, starch, glucose, fructose, processed fruits and vegetables, olives, pickles, grains, pulses and other commodities.
• Good understanding of the food supply chain, logistics, distribution and inventory management.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and consistently meeting sales targets.
• Established relationships within the UAE food distribution and wholesale landscape.
• UAE residency, valid driving licence and own car.
• Fluent English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a hands‑on, field‑oriented approach and ability to work independently.
