Sales Manager – Global Sales & Data Strategy

About the role

Harvard Logistics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead global sales data initiatives and drive strategic growth across multiple markets. Based in Dubai, you will shape sales policies, optimise processes, and ensure seamless cross‑team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a global sales business data tracking and monitoring system.
• Analyse and interpret sales data, identify issues, and develop actionable solutions.
• Formulate and enforce sales management policies for various country markets, covering contract management, negotiations, performance incentives, agent management and business distribution.
• Drive the optimisation of the overall ad‑sales process and support systematic sales operations.
• Facilitate cross‑team communication, coordination and resolve conflicts of interest within the sales function.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant sales management experience, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
• Graduate degree in Management, Commerce or a related field; a management degree is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high logical and data sensitivity.
• Excellent communication, executive presence and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Based in Dubai.
