Sales Manager – Global Solutions (CGS)

About the role

Coface is looking for a Sales Manager for its Global Solutions (CGS) division to expand the CGS portfolio across the GCC region. The role will drive new business acquisition, strengthen broker relationships and contribute to profitable growth in line with Coface’s commercial and risk strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new CGS business opportunities across GCC countries and manage the full sales cycle.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan, maintain a robust pipeline and deliver annual new‑business revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers and strategic partners, delivering joint business plans and training sessions.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor economic trends and represent Coface at industry events.
• Design tailored credit‑insurance solutions, coordinate with underwriting and commercial teams and lead negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting, risk and operations teams and ensure compliance with Coface policies.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of successful sales and business development experience in insurance or financial services, preferably trade credit insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in GCC markets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Good understanding of credit‑insurance products, international programmes and risk‑management solutions.
• Knowledge of GCC business environment and regional market dynamics.
