About the role

FMS Manufacturing Equipment FZCO is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of Blaser Swisslube solutions across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing key industrial accounts and delivering application‑focused solutions for a premium industrial brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Blaser Swisslube products and solutions across the UAE.
• Develop and manage key industrial customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Provide customers with application‑focused technical and commercial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and principals.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally while promoting premium industrial solutions.

Required profile

• Proven UAE industrial sales experience.
• Experience in industrial sales, metalworking fluids, lubricants, machining, cutting tools, or manufacturing solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
