Sales Manager - Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Idyllic Interiors, an interior design, fit-out and contracting company based in the UAE, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships in the interior design and fit-out market. The position is full time and based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and project acquisition targets.
• Identify, approach and develop new business opportunities in the UAE interior design and fit-out market.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, developers and potential partners.
• Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, market research and business development.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with design and estimation teams on proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and project agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and keep an updated sales pipeline and client database.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and coordinate with project and operations teams for a smooth handover after project confirmation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while keeping client satisfaction high.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Strong background in interior fit-out sales in the UAE and proven track record of securing projects and hitting targets.
• Good understanding of interior design, fit-out services, commercial proposals and project sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills, and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Valid UAE driving licence and an established industry network are an advantage.
