Sales Manager – International Markets

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead business development, strategic client acquisition, sponsorship sales, and revenue growth across the GCC market. The role focuses on selling advisory, leadership development, learning, employee engagement and people transformation solutions to senior HR decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive aggressive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion and sponsorship sales.
• Identify, engage and convert opportunities across leadership development, executive coaching, HR advisory, employee engagement, culture transformation, learning & development, assessment centres, capability building, DEI and future‑of‑work initiatives.
• Build a strong pipeline of enterprise clients using proactive networking, referrals, market outreach and relationship‑led selling.
• Leverage existing relationships with CHROs, CXOs, Talent Management and L&D heads to create business opportunities.
• Generate sponsorship revenue for conferences, leadership forums, HR summits and flagship events by forming strategic partnerships with enterprise organisations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and support market expansion throughout the GCC region.

Required profile

• Well‑networked regional professional with established relationships with senior HR leaders in the GCC.
• Proven ability in consultative selling, strategic account management and opening high‑value B2B engagements.
• Track record of delivering revenue and sponsorship sales growth.
• Experience with HR advisory, leadership development, learning solutions and employee engagement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and partnership‑building skills.
