Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the hotel’s sales initiatives in Sharjah, driving revenue through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and effective deal management. This role ensures smooth hand‑over of business to operations for flawless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Conduct sales calls, organize FAM trips, attend trade shows, and engage in community networking.
• Prepare proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position the hotel competitively.
• Provide accurate turnover information to Event Management for seamless execution.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of hospitality sales processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
