About the role

PrimeBox is a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics company in Dubai offering storage units, moving & packing, and business fulfilment services. We are scaling quickly and need a hands‑on Sales Manager to convert inbound leads, build partnerships and open new client channels.

Key responsibilities

Own the full sales funnel: follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C clients.
Analyse conversion rates, identify drop‑off points, and implement improvements.
Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Develop and manage referral partnerships.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.

Required profile

2+ years in sales, with experience handling inbound leads.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM systems.
Analytical mindset: you look at conversion data and act on it.
Strong communicator in English.
