About the role

The Regional Head of Marine & Power Products will lead Honda Marine & Power Products across the UAE, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional business strategy for Marine & Power Products.
• Identify market growth opportunities across all product categories.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity and translate insights into actions.
• Lead and develop cross‑functional teams, supporting training to raise technical and commercial competence.
• Provide technical guidance for customer projects and product enhancements.
• Drive revenue, market share, profitability and operational efficiency in sales and after‑sales.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, negotiations and regional partnerships.
• Control costs, pricing discipline and contribution margin optimisation.
• Oversee inventory, supply‑chain planning and forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales and after‑sales functions in a marine or power‑products environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Ability to build and motivate high‑performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with focus on cost control and margin optimisation.
