Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery, leading day‑to‑day sales activities, building long‑term customer relationships, and achieving personal sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and other activities.
• Manages relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and provides accurate turnover to Event Management.
• Participates in sales calls to acquire new business and supports operational aspects such as proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence.
• Identifies new business opportunities, understands market trends, and closes the best opportunities based on location needs.
• Delivers exceptional customer service, supports company service standards, and gathers guest feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience.
• OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 1 year experience.
