Sales Manager

About the role

Our client, a leader in industrial services and repair & maintenance, is looking for a Sales Manager to join the team in the UAE. The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong expertise in rope access services, oil & gas business development, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across rope access, industrial maintenance and related service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the oil & gas, industrial and infrastructure sectors throughout the UAE and GCC.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals and work closely with operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast opportunities and achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, project activity and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a valid driving licence; own car preferred.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience within rope access services, industrial services, maintenance services or a related technical sector.
• Strong understanding of rope access services and the oil & gas industry, with established relationships and market knowledge across the UAE.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, coupled with a results‑focused and proactive approach.
