About the role

Silkor is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to join its growing GCC team in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding branch revenue, leading a sales team, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Grow branch revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and manage a sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Maintain strong follow‑up, coaching and performance‑management practices.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented leadership style.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, wellness, hospitality or other premium service industries is a plus.
