About the role
As a Sales Manager you will drive business development and customer acquisition across the United Arab Emirates, building a strong local network and delivering sustainable sales growth for the Hayati® brand.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales, customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Proactively source and approach prospective customers to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key retail customers.
- Develop tailored commercial solutions to support customers in sales, distribution and market coverage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in e‑cigarettes, tobacco, nicotine, FMCG or similar fast‑moving consumer products.
- Strong existing network with UAE distributors, wholesalers, retailers or key accounts.
- Fluent in English and Arabic and currently based in the UAE.
