Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive new business development and generate revenue opportunities in both domestic and international markets for Kwality Plastic Manufacturing. This role focuses on expanding export sales and strengthening the company’s presence in the flexible plastic packaging industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, outreach activities, and market development initiatives.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and overall targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and business development plans for management.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
• Track sales performance, profitability, order conversion, and collection targets.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in flexible plastic packaging or plastic manufacturing.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition, B2B sales, and revenue generation.
• Strong experience in export sales and international market development.
• Experience managing a sales team, negotiation, and strategic business development.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
