Sales Manager – Leisure (Hotel & Resorts)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead leisure sales at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will drive revenue by delivering exceptional service and creating innovative solutions for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, covering all levels of managerial and departmental executives.
• Negotiate rates and contracts for transient and group business.
• Generate and nurture sales leads for the Rotana brand within the assigned market.
• Provide market intelligence on competition, trends and customer feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive account files and support senior management with account management systems.
• Adhere to selling strategies and maximize upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales or related field.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Guest‑focused attitude with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• High integrity, professionalism and flexibility in daily operations.
