Sales Manager – Logistics & Truck Dispatch

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to bridge customers with available loads and nearby truckers, ensuring smooth dispatching and high‑quality service in Dubai’s logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate connections between customers and truckers to optimise load dispatch.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and trucking partners.
• Coordinate with truckers after unloading to assign new loads and maximise fleet utilisation.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo.
• Proactively resolve operational issues to guarantee seamless end‑to‑end logistics flow.

Required profile

• Flexible working hours.
• Hindi language proficiency (mandatory) and knowledge of local languages.
• Age between 20 and 27 years.
• Own a bike (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills.
• Negotiable salary for experienced candidates.
