Sales Manager – Low Voltage Projects

About the role

The Sales Manager – Low Voltage Projects will lead sales and business development for CHINT's low‑voltage switchgear solutions across the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for turning project leads into closed orders, managing key relationships, and expanding the distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets for LV switchgear projects and distribution channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, create demand, and drive project specification.
• Build and maintain relationships with panel builders, contractors, consultants, developers, distributors and end‑users.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation to order conversion.
• Expand the distribution network by onboarding new distributors, sub‑distributors and retail partners.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, product and marketing teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and ensure profitable, timely project closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in LV switchgear or LV distribution sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in project‑based environments.
• Strong technical understanding of low‑voltage electrical solutions.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
