Sales Manager – LPG Operations

About the role

The Sales Manager (AA) will lead LPG sales operations across the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will shape market strategy, manage pricing and drive business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse customer data, providing market feedback on competition, promotions and sales trends.
• Conduct feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities based on agent and distributor insights.
• Adjust LPG cylinder pricing for distributors, government and commercial customers as directed.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers through meetings, calls and visits.
• Prospect new business, qualify requirements and present the advantages of company products and services.
• Process purchase orders, ensure accurate data entry and coordinate with technical, supply and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
• Engage agents and distributors regularly to gather feedback, resolve issues and monitor performance.
• Identify new projects via local press, contact winning tenderers and assess LPG supply opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate terms, pricing and delivery conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in LPG or related sales environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
