Sales Manager – Mandarin Speaker (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a proactive Sales Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships. The role focuses on delivering timely turnover to event management and achieving personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows and community outreach.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to ensure collaborative, non‑duplicative efforts.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify market trends, competitor strengths and economic factors to maximize revenue and close optimal opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with The Ritz‑Carlton’s Gold Standards, gathering feedback and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin required.
