Sales Manager – MICE & Corporate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our MICE and Corporate business in Dubai. The role involves driving revenue growth, building relationships with corporate clients and event organizers, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting MICE and corporate segments to increase room nights and event revenue.
• Prospect, acquire and manage new corporate accounts, travel management companies and event planners.
• Maintain and grow existing key accounts, preparing proposals, quotations and negotiated rates.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and hotel familiarisation visits.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Events, Banquets and Front Office to deliver confirmed business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market intelligence for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 1–2 years handling MICE or corporate accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Use of sales reporting systems.
