Sales Manager – MICE (Dubai)

About the role

Bring your passion for sales, events, and creating unforgettable experiences to Mama Shelter Dubai. As the Sales Manager – MICE you will drive meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and group business, build strong client relationships and develop creative opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow MICE and group business.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with corporate clients, event agencies, DMCs and PCOs.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, presentations and networking activities to generate new business.
• Manage enquiries from first contact through proposal, negotiation, confirmation and hand‑over.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts and packages that meet client needs.
• Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts and conversion rates, reporting to the Director of Sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai MICE market trends, competitors and venue developments.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events, F&B, Reservations and Operations to ensure seamless event delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience with a strong focus on MICE, events or group business in the Dubai market.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, build pipelines and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple leads, meetings and proposals simultaneously.
• Confident, creative and comfortable networking and promoting the brand in the market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems.
