Sales Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Join i2 Group, a Harris Computer company, as a Sales Manager for the Middle East and Africa. You will work remotely while travelling across the region to promote cutting‑edge software that supports law‑enforcement, defence and security missions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify untapped opportunities and shape business development strategy.
• Engage with government agencies, military organisations and intelligence bodies to understand their needs.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions, building a pipeline of new customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Travel regularly across the Middle East and Africa, with occasional global trips.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales or business development experience, preferably in technology or security sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage a territory and achieve targets.
• Legal right to work in the UAE, Qatar or another Middle‑East country.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
