Sales Manager - Middle East

About the role

The Sales Manager will be based in Dubai and report to the Business Unit Director – LFM. You will be responsible for expanding the facilities management sales pipeline across the UAE and the wider MENA region, working closely with the regional business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing, new and potential clients.
• Identify and target key sector prospects, arrange meetings and present CBRE Excellerate’s services.
• Maintain post‑sale support to strengthen client confidence and loyalty.
• Grow the local facilities management pipeline by uncovering new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed agreed targets.
• Build an active pipeline by exploring existing markets and pursuing new market opportunities.
• Use innovative approaches to generate profitable business and execute commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in facilities management or commercial real estate.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients across the UAE and MENA region.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
