Sales Manager – Offplan Developer

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive sales growth for a leading off‑plan real‑estate developer in the UAE. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, meeting monthly targets, and representing the company at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients across multiple geographies.
• Analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Plan, monitor and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring fair and transparent transactions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, channel partners and real‑estate agents.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings and promotional events.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from property selection to documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within real‑estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret market data and adapt strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building high‑value relationships.
• Multilingual capability is a plus.
