Sales Manager – Oil & Gas (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives for a leading multinational serving the Oil & Gas sector across the UAE. The role focuses on expanding market share, driving new business, and building sustainable revenue streams with major operators, EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and LNG operators.

Key responsibilities

• Grow maintenance and turnaround business and develop recurring revenue streams.
• Win new operator accounts, secure specifications, and expand existing customer relationships.
• Manage distributor performance and execution to ensure market coverage.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of sales or business development experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven ability to sell products, services, or technical solutions to operators, refineries, petrochemical plants, or EPC contractors.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
