Sales Manager – Overseas Energy Storage

About the role

CATL, a global leader in EV batteries and energy storage solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of its overseas energy storage business. You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling contract negotiations, quotations, and relationship management to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand CATL’s overseas energy storage market, increasing sales volume.
• Lead commercial contract negotiations and pricing during project bidding.
• Prepare detailed product quotations and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Follow up on quotations and customer sample orders to ensure yearly sales targets are met.
• Maintain daily liaison with customers, manage visits, and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in international trade or science preferred.
• Experience in new‑energy vehicle or energy‑storage industries is a plus.
• Strong business etiquette, communication and leadership abilities.
• Highly competitive, pioneering mindset with a strong drive for achievement.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business.
• Overseas work experience or prior sales experience in vehicle parts or energy storage preferred.
• Fluent English.
