Sales Manager – Power Generation Equipment

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead sales and rental performance for FAMCO’s power generation business in Dubai, driving revenue, margin and income‑growth targets. The role combines commercial leadership, customer relationship management and hands‑on team coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales and rental strategy for power generation equipment, translating business objectives into clear plans.
• Drive achievement of sales, volume, margin and income‑growth targets.
• Manage, coach and develop the sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales and rental process.
• Review stock positions and overdue accounts, taking timely action to close performance gaps.
• Recruit and develop capable sales team members and coordinate product and brand training.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• At least 10 years of sales experience in the UAE power generation or genset sales and rental industry.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading a genset sales and rental team.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• University degree, preferably with a management‑related qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE power generation market and experience managing stock, customer accounts and overdue payments.
