Sales Manager - Power Generation

About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the sales and rental performance of FAMCO’s power generation business in Dubai, combining commercial leadership, customer relationship management and hands‑on team management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales and rental strategy for power generation equipment, translating business objectives into clear team plans.
- Drive achievement of sales, volume, margin and income‑growth targets while monitoring stock positions and overdue accounts.
- Coach, develop and manage the sales team, setting objectives and tracking performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in the UAE power generation or genset sales and rental industry.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading a genset sales and rental team.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Required skills
- Strong commercial, numerical and analytical capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
