Sales Manager – Relocation to Dubai

About the role

Harvard Logistics is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its growth in the UAE market. The role involves relocating to Dubai and driving sales initiatives across digital, SEO and SEM agencies while supporting a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Provide on‑the‑ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.
• Gather and relay market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to expand company offerings.
• Manage overall sales performance, achieve growth, and exceed annual sales targets.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor new products and competition.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs targeting key demographics.
• Present sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to management.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and an up‑to‑date pipeline at all times.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.
• Extensive experience with digital, SEO and SEM agencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication, energetic phone presence, and strong listening skills.
• University degree in Business, Marketing or related fields; experience in travel, eCommerce or retail is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience; knowledge of digital marketing is advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, and constantly seeking innovative solutions for client relationships.
