Sales Manager - Russian Speaker

About the role

The Cove Rotana Resort is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who speaks Russian to lead sales activities, maximise business opportunities and drive revenue growth across its resort portfolio in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute sales action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Manage assigned market segments and accounts, maintaining relationships at all executive levels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account profiles, contracted rates and activity logs in Opera and Thynk CRM systems.
• Negotiate rates and quotes for transient, group and wholesale business in line with approved rate strategies.
• Generate and nurture sales leads through calls, site inspections, roadshows, trade shows and networking.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing movements within the UAE resort comp‑set.
• Coordinate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of confirmed business.
• Track account performance versus targets and provide regular updates on production, pipeline and conversion.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of resort‑style operations, rate strategy and proactive account management.
• Proven ability to cover a portfolio of accounts, build relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Fluent Russian language skills to engage Russian‑speaking clients and partners.
