Sales Manager – SaaS & Fleet Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial growth for our SaaS and fleet solutions in the UAE. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on selling and team coaching to achieve revenue targets across Dubai, Sharjah and the wider market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for software and car rental products across Sharjah and the wider UAE, targeting enterprises, rental operators, and channel partners.
• Generate qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Manage, coach and motivate a team of sales executives; set targets, forecast sales, and monitor performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners; conduct product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to shape product feedback and commercial requirements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in software, SaaS products, or technology‑enabled services, preferably with exposure to fleet or car‑rental systems.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise deals in the UAE market.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and consultative‑selling skills; comfortable delivering technical demos to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to build relationships with C‑level and operational stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to travel locally for client meetings when required.
