Sales Manager – School Interiors

About the role
Gebal Group is launching a new School Interiors Division in partnership with a leading global fit‑out company. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with deep knowledge of UAE school interiors to drive growth and establish the division in the education market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow the new School Interiors Division within Gebal Group.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Build strong relationships with schools, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract completion.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to meet client requirements.
- Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct site visits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the UAE education sector.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to long‑term business growth.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic.
- Proven sales managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of school interiors and fit‑out projects.
