Sales Manager - Staffing/Manpower

About the role

We are a well‑established international workforce solutions platform expanding its commercial footprint across the UAE. The Sales Manager will lead business development for contract staffing, outsourcing and talent acquisition services, helping clients navigate workforce strategy, compliance and nationalisation priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate, government and industrial accounts in the UAE.
• Develop consultative solutions that align with clients’ workforce and compliance needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts for staffing, outsourcing and workforce‑solution services.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment or HR solutions within the UAE market.
• Proven network across corporate, government or semi‑government sectors.
• Strong commercial credibility and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Highly accountable, resilient and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of contract staffing, outsourcing, workforce solutions and talent acquisition.
