Sales Manager – Tiles (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Tiles and Slabs business in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote tile and slab products to retail clients through showroom visits and outdoor activities.
• Develop and execute market strategies to identify new opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
• Gather customer feedback, evaluate marketability of new products and support product development.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to after‑sales follow‑up, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and uphold the Sanipex brand standards.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in the tiles and slabs industry.
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driving licence and experience working in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues across cultures.
• Team‑player attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
