Sales Manager – UAE & Qatar

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its commercial activities across the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The role will drive customer relationships, create new business opportunities and promote Yokogawa’s industrial automation solutions in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and implement the function’s strategy and business plan, aligning with the company’s mission and values.
• Develop and execute relationship‑management plans for prospective customers, engaging decision‑makers and influencers.
• Build a personal network within the target sectors, represent Yokogawa at industry events and gather market intelligence.
• Identify and present appropriate product and service configurations, negotiate commercial terms and secure agreements.
• Act as the customer champion across cross‑functional teams, ensuring a strong focus on customer needs.
• Record and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system, supporting retention and business development.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation as required.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, with the ability to motivate teams toward ambitious targets.
• Strong track record of developing and managing customer relationships in industrial or technology markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, global organization and collaborating across functions.
