Sales Manager – Western Europe for Rixos & All Inclusive Collection (GCC)

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Western European market for the Rixos and All Inclusive Collection portfolio across the GCC region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding partner networks and enhancing brand visibility in a highly competitive hospitality landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned Western European markets in line with the regional commercial plan.
• Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, corporate accounts and luxury travel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share for Rixos and All Inclusive Collection properties.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, account reviews and attend industry events such as trade shows and roadshows.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and evolving customer behaviour in Western Europe.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and individual hotel commercial teams to meet property‑specific targets.
• Support tactical sales campaigns and market‑specific initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales activities and opportunities in the designated systems.
• Prepare regular sales updates, market intelligence and performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the travel or hospitality sector, preferably covering Western European markets.
• Strong network of contacts with tour operators, travel agencies and corporate travel buyers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Fluency in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
