Sales & Marketing Executive - Corporate Insurance

About the role

A leading UAE-based insurance brokerage is looking for a full-time Sales & Marketing Executive in Dubai. The role focuses on corporate clients, generating leads and promoting the company's insurance and risk management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients, generate leads and promote insurance products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, decision-makers and business partners
• Conduct client meetings, prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms and follow up on opportunities to close business
• Develop sales and marketing strategies, achieve business targets, monitor market trends and maintain sales reports

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in corporate/B2B sales
• UAE market experience preferred; insurance or financial services experience is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Networking and client relationship management
