Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, nurture client relationships, and expand our market presence in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines strategic outreach with hands‑on business development to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
• Promote the company's services through multiple channels.
• Identify and develop business opportunities and partnerships.
• Maintain and update lead/client information in the CRM.
• Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking activities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects.
• Existing network or client/lead database is an advantage.
• Experience in the UAE market preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Target‑oriented and confident in client‑facing roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
