Sales & Marketing Executive – Studio Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote Wave Cast Studio’s services, generate new leads, and build lasting client relationships. You will work on‑site in Dubai Production City, driving both sales and brand awareness for our podcast, photography, videography, and content production packages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients such as content creators, agencies, businesses, and event organizers.
• Present studio packages, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate bookings with the studio team.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and collaborations.
• Manage the studio’s online presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Assist in creating promotional content, including photos, videos, reels, and marketing materials.
• Support planning and execution of marketing events and analyze performance metrics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within media, advertising, or creative industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Confident, well‑presented, and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.
