Sales & Marketing Support Administrator (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Support Administrator (B2B) to join our team at the JLT office. You will work closely with leadership and the sales team to keep processes smooth, documents polished, and outreach disciplined.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups and maintain tight action lists to ensure nothing is missed after calls.
• Prepare client‑ready sales documents such as proposals, pitch decks, capability statements and one‑pagers.
• Maintain clean CRM and spreadsheet records, support targeted B2B campaigns, build ICPs and target lists, and assist with outbound sequences.
• Support LinkedIn marketing activities, repurpose content, schedule posts and ensure consistent brand presence.
• Format and brand CVs, create client/candidate packs, and track weekly output and results.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong follow‑through, able to close loops without being prompted.
• Excellent written communication for professional emails and client messages.
• Attention to detail in document formatting, layout consistency and visual polish.
• Comfortable handling confidential client and candidate information.

Required skills

• Experience with Apollo or similar outbound sequencing tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in Canva or basic design tools for simple marketing assets.
• Familiarity with DocuSign for document signing.
• Ability to create polished PowerPoint/Google Slides decks and well‑formatted PDFs/one‑pagers.
• Strong spreadsheet and CRM usage skills, including data cleaning and basic reporting.
