Sales Merchandiser - Frozen Food

About the role

The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for promoting frozen food products across retail outlets in Fujairah. You will ensure that product displays follow brand guidelines, monitor stock levels and support store staff to maximise visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the agreed schedule.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and positioned following brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.
• Check product pricing, promotional materials and shelf displays.
• Maintain adequate shelf space and product visibility.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor product expiry dates.
• Set up promotional displays and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Coordinate with store staff and sales teams regarding stock and display requirements.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a merchandiser in FMCG or retail (minimum 1 month preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple retail locations.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• UAE retail/FMCG experience is an advantage.
