Sales Officer – International Assignment (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Etihad Engineering is seeking ambitious UAE Nationals to join its Commercial team as Sales Officers. The position provides hands‑on experience across sales, business development, revenue management and other commercial functions, with a future international assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management and wider Commercial teams.
• Assist with sales initiatives, market analysis, customer engagement and commercial projects.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights to support data‑driven decisions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial priorities.
• Complete an international assignment to gain first‑hand experience in a different market.
• Take ownership of personal development and demonstrate potential for future commercial leadership.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book holder).
• Fresh graduate or professional with up to three years of experience.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate globally and embrace international opportunities.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and build a long‑term career in Commercial.
