Sales Officer

About the role

Airtics is looking for a Sales Officer to manage admissions and enrolment sales, working directly with prospective students and parents to turn enquiries into confirmed registrations across its program portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into enrolments through consultations, calls, and in‑person meetings.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of leads, follow‑ups and conversions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets.
• Guide prospective students and parents through program options, pricing and enrolment procedures.
• Follow up on outstanding leads and re‑engage inactive enquiries.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback.
• Represent Airtics at on‑site events, open days, and school/community outreach as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a target‑driven customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet defined targets.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
