Sales Operations Administrator

About the role

The Sales Operations Administrator supports Etihad's sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth administrative processes and accurate account management. This position plays a key role in driving revenue and maintaining profitability by handling clerical tasks, customer inquiries, and cross‑department collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Act as second‑line escalation for account‑related inquiries, resolve issues and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Etihad’s products, services and promotional offers for accurate communication.
• Provide excellent customer service, build strong business relationships and support revenue‑generating activities such as telesales campaigns and sales blitzes.
• Process commercial gestures and waivers as required by the account management team.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and ensure timely updates in Etihad’s CRM tool.
• Organise educational workshops with account management teams and collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and other departments.
• Support group business by liaising with trade, communicating policies and conducting joint visits with Account Managers.

Required profile

• Minimum degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales support, analysis, ticketing or customer service.
• Strong team player with proven ability to contribute to team productivity.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
