Sales Operations Executive - Inside Sales

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are iconic UAE brands seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support and enable their inside sales teams. You will drive efficiency, provide operational support, and act as a key liaison between clients and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage sales databases, verify client pools, and assign accounts based on location and language preferences.
• Support onboarding of new business, set up accounts, and monitor credit utilisation and payment issues.
• Develop and share operational performance reports, provide insights to improve sales processes, and present findings to management.
• Liaise with sales, ops, and product teams to gather feedback, report issues, and coordinate value‑added services.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales operations or sales enablement, preferably in e‑commerce or classified platforms.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, high motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
