Sales Operations Executive – Inside Sales

About the role

As a Sales Operations Executive you will support, enable and drive the sales teams to sell better, faster and more efficiently. You will provide tools and engagement techniques that let the team focus on selling while you act as the operational point of contact for clients and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Management: maintain and manage sales databases, verify client pools, assign clients to Account Managers based on location and language, update client information, support new‑business onboarding, monitor credit utilisation, and manage payments and contract activations or cancellations.
• Business Enablement: onboard and educate new and existing account managers, establish and refine processes, share operational performance reports, utilise Sales CRM, Learning Management System and product update tools, provide insights to improve sales processes and create data‑driven reports for management.
• Technical and Operations Support: act as liaison between the sales team and operations, gather feedback, coordinate feature roll‑outs and value‑added services, and ensure effective execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years experience in sales operations or sales enablement, preferably in e‑commerce, classifieds or pricing strategy.
• Account management experience and knowledge of real‑estate industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with CRM software (Sales CRM, LMS, product update tools).
